Electronics Systems, a leading industrial instrument manufacturer
and Know–how developing company, intended to sell the
exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights of their following
products, as detailed below, along with proprietary design
& documentation. These products are designed developed
by the company with In-House know –how and being supplied
to various industrial plants in Kerala. Most of these devices
are import substitute and of international quality standards.
While developing these instruments ,high humid and tropical
ambient conditions are taken into consideration. We are supplying
these instruments to organizations like Indian Navy etc. as
they are conforming to their stringent quality standards.
As the company is planning to concentrate more on Technology
development and design of new products ,it is decided to
transfer the complete technology of the existing products
to a prospective buyer who is already having a manufacturing
setup or intended to setup manufacturing unit. It can be
seen that these products are highly profitable as the major
input is the technology. It is also evident from our customers
list (enclosed) that our products are well accepted by leading
industrial houses.
